I had a great sit down with the homies this morning and we spoke about Anxiety.  Moe is currently a part of the US Military and it was an honor to sit down and hear his side of being a Vet with mental issues.  

After 13 years in the armed forces and more then one tour under his belt, his journey has been as long one.  We will find out today how the mind of a vet works while dealing with mental health issues.  It’s hard to focus on life when your dealing with PTSD, but then being a black man dealing with PTSD, Anxiety, and even Depression, can weigh very heavy.
